MGL Exec Members Anna and Chelsea make a video combining Mexican and Dominican cuisine. In this video, we make the Tres Golpes Rancheros*, spicing up the classic Dominican breakfast by adding a huevo ranchero on the side in addition to the already existing mangú, salami, and queso frito. Then, we share how to make a Tostonada*, which features the Mexican tostada on a tostón, a fried plantain, instead of its usual tortilla. Lastly, we share our recipes for Horchata and Morir Soñando*.
* Vegan versions are available.
